Private Training

I use functional training to help you get stronger and more balanced so you can better tackle what you like to do for fun, or just life!

Senior Options

I offer both one-on-one and partner training for seniors. I can work with you where you are, work with any injury or chronic illness, and work with any other healthcare providers you are using.

Flexiblity, Agility & Balance

Many of us sit too much, and have poor muscle flexibility, tight fascia, and not-so-great balance. I work with you on the complete package, with extra emphasis on any areas you're concerned about.
